The second training institute of Hanwha Life is a piece designed by the worldwide renowned masterly of architecture, Dominique Perrault, and started its construction in October 6th, 2016, and was completed in the end of 2018.The major buildings consist of education building, dormitory building, outdoor sports facilities including outdoor parking lot and natural grass soccer stadium, trail, and rest areas. Especially the three circular buildings are placed in the slant of the valley accordingly to the natural topography, is a combination of numerous stair gaps and circular shapes, and therefore is a high-difficulty project. The intention of the designer is calm geometrical shapes with no corner, so it was designed as an eccentric circular building to express calmness and strength, and was placed to buildings are harmonized and functions can be shared. The goal of mirror finishing and transparent glass is creating a new sight by reflecting the surrounding natural environment, so the directors of BAUM CM did their best to meet the intentions of design. The education building has a conference hall of a scale of 300 seats which holds high-tech systems, classrooms, meeting rooms, and team learning rooms, cafeteria, and bistro. The dormitory building has a hotel-level living room that can accommodate around 400 people, table tennis room, badminton room, gym, sauna, library, lounge, and others, and the rooftop has a rest area where one can see the whole complex.  <div> </div>
