<p>Among many international aid projects carried out by the Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA), DR Congo National Museum marks the first ever cultural construction project supported by the KOICA, which makes the project challenging, but at the same time, exceptionally honorable.</p><p>BAUM CM managed the design planning taking the symbol of DR Congo, traditional factors, characteristics of regional climate, preservation of major cultural heritage, and determinacy in the future into the consideration. It played a key role in the whole process of pre-construction stage of the museum by managing to make sure the intentions for the design is projected enough to the construction despite the inadequate construction environment of Congo in the planning stage, and managing the production and installation of exhibition facilities and planning stage to optimize the exhibition function which is the core factor of a museum.<br></p>
